Every year, a movie in the native dialect is sent to all of the Oscar Academy’s member nations for consideration in the Best International Feature Film title. Oscar Winning Film By Director Nalin Mehta
Annually, the Film Federation of India’s committee selects one movie across the country’s languages to symbolize India at the Oscar Awards event. Pan Nalin created the film, which stars Bhavin Rabadi, Bhavesh Shrimali, Richa Meena, Dipen Rawal, and Paresh Mehta in prominent parts.

‘RRR’ & ‘The Kashmir Files’ Were Expected
Telugu movie ‘RRR’ alongside Hindi drama ‘The Kashmir Files’ have started circulating on social media as India’s official submission to the Oscars Nominations for the year. For a long time, there has been a movement in support of the film ‘RRR,’ and all local and international filmmakers have issued remarks supporting submitting it to the Oscars Nominations 2023.

So Far Only 3 Films Reached The Final-Five
The previous year, filmmaker P.S Vinodraj’s Tamil film ‘Koozhangal’ was sent as India’s official submission. Still, it could not make it to the top five films in the category of ‘Best International Feature Film.’ So far, just three films, ‘Mother India,’ ‘Salaam Bombay,’ and ‘Lagaan,’ have received Oscar Nominations for ‘Best Foreign Film.’ So far, no film has been awarded an Oscar in this category.
Story Of ‘Chhello Show’ Movie
The approximately 2 Hour film portrays the story of a young boy who is willing to go to any length to foster his passion for movies. The film premiered in 2021 at the Tribeca Film Festival, gaining widespread acclaim.
Following this, ‘Chhello Show’ earned the Golden Spikes at the 66th Valladolid International Film Festival in October 2021. The Film Federation of India has now announced a formal declaration to send it to the Oscars Nominations 2023.
